Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Tammy Carter moved to Punta Gorda, Florida, in 2014. Shortly after, Tammy received her real estate license in 2018. Previously, Tammy worked as a mortgage loan processor and closer at Chicago Title in Illinois. Given that experience, she has a thorough understanding of the mortgage and closing process. Accordingly, Tammy can expertly guide her clients through the buying and selling processes.

Tammy also has experience working with people at all life stages, from first-time homebuyers to empty nesters. She is passionate about interior design and has a keen eye for decorating. Tammy and her husband bought their first home in 1988. Later, they designed and built one of their homes. This experience granted Tammy a fuller understanding of the real estate industry, and it gave her valuable insights into the housing market.

Tammy prioritizes respect, personal responsibility, integrity, and loyalty in her business. She is eager to provide exceptional client care and share her love of real estate with others. Tammy appreciates all aspects of real estate, including building, buying, selling, and decorating.

Tammy has moved many times and is thankful to be surrounded by a vibrant community and gorgeous weather in Punta Gorda. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys boating, going to the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
